The Missionary Childhood Association honored twenty-four elementary and middle school Christmas artwork contest winners on Friday, December 5, 2014 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. This year’s attendees were honored with an awards ceremony, luncheon and tour of the Basilica.

Every year, MCA accepts thousands of entries from Catholic school students from all over the country and we are happy to announce two of those winners are from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles! Brianna Flores and Janeth Santiago of St. Genevieve Elementary School in Panorama City, CA will have their artwork displayed during Advent and through January 6, 2015.

Students are encouraged to enter this year’s contest, remember entries must be postmarked by January 31st! Download and print this entry form, fill out entirely and attach it (with tape) to the back of your entry. Please type or print. Artwork will not be accepted without this form. Do not glue or staple this form to artwork. Please note, artwork cannot be returned. Artwork that does not conform to the guidelines will be disqualified.
