MCA Mission Moderator Resources

Taking on the responsibility of being a Mission Moderator is about fostering a missionary spirit among the student body of your school or the children in your religious education program.

The Missionary Childhood Association offers free resources for adults taking on the task of mission moderators at a Catholic school or religious education program. These resources are for children to do activities and projects that reinforce our call to be mission-minded in all that we do by putting into practice our call to be of service like Jesus Christ taught his disciples, love as God has loved us always, and be charitable towards those who are in need and living in the peripheries of our society.

Below you will find resources created for all Mission Moderators. They were included in this year’s Summer Welcome Packet. If you would like a copy mailed to you, please contact the Program Coordinator, Magdalena Arellano at (213) 637-7416. Or you can email us at mca@la-archdiocese.org.

All these handouts are for the purpose of guiding and giving ideas to Mission Moderators this school year. To best serve you, please note and submit each form by the deadline listed on the top right corner of each of them.

Print-ready digital copies of forms sent out in the summer welcome packet are available below for downloading and printing. All forms are in Adobe PDF format. (Download Adobe Reader)
